A co-founder and the Managing Director. Romana is a nature lover, a mother and wife of an amazing family which travelling is at heart. Out of passion for travelling, Romana and her husband, Costa decided to start a family business. She is the key person for running and overseeing daily operations and implementation of strategic vision and managing the company’s resources.

She holds master’s degree in business administration, Corporate Management from Mzumbe University, Tanzania. Romana undertook a Bachelor in Geography and Environmental studies majoring in Leisure and Tourism from University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. She has decided to delve in doing what she is passionate about alongside her husband. She has acquired valuable combined experience over six (6) years in customer service, and business administration during her employment with Vodacom Tanzania, EcomGroup Research, IUCN, and WWF.

Romana is a Professional Travel Consultant awarded a certificate by Swissport - IATA accredited, Montreal in Canada. She has managed to pull together her passion, work experience, knowledge & skills to build a meaningful and responsible business by living her dream. Romana not only works closely to help customers but also, she is inspired to hearing peoples testimonials / feedback to ensure improvement in service offering on a sustainable basis.

Longing for excellence and competence in building a meaningful business, she has enrolled to an online course for Responsible Tourism from International Centre for Responsible Tourism (ICRT), UK in efforts to gather and sharpen her knowledge to run the business in a right manner and deliver desired outcome.
