Constantine “Costa” is one of the founders of WildRoc. Originally from Tanzania, he’s spent much of his career life in the banking industry, predominantly in Africa, Tanzania. He is a Certified Professional Banker with over 12 years of experience in banking. Having studied Corporate Finance at Mlimani University and Business Administration in Corporate Management at Mzumbe University, both in Tanzania and acquired credible credentials in the credit profession, it seemed a future in finance will be more satisfying having a business with purpose. Amid his daily busy schedule, he still believes in the travel and tourism business as one of the purpose driven businesses. Costa fell in love with Travel, Nature, and the Community since his childhood at the Seminary school located in an attractive natural environment just at the foot of beautiful Kilimanjaro Mountain surrounded by a loving community. Costa isn’t a talkative man, so when he is looking for peace of mind, he has been travelling or walking around cool places with natural beauty while finding himself. The Passion gained more traction when he met his wife Romana, who had the same passion but also career in Geography and Environmental Studies where she did Tourism and Leisure.

Moreover, Costa is passionate about property development, and now he concentrates on what he loves and what he has always been best at doing. As WR Director, Costa is a key resource in finance management and establishing relationships between partners and clients. In addition, he provides valuable linkages for destinations management relating to areas of accommodation and property development. “I aspire to travel the most while alive...saying good morning from a luxury camp somewhere in Selous, coming from Mafia Island in Tanzania. My wife is busy arranging a trip to Java Island in Indonesia, attracted to natural beauty with a taste of culture.. our home captain keeps reminding us of a family trip to Dubai while promising us a bonus gateway to Orlando City in USA after his pilot graduation...Europe is not over until we touch Scandinavian zone with cold waterfalls, snow and adventurous hiking at Fjords in Norway. All along, we remain cautious to responsible travel as we explore nature, glorify the creation with positive impact to communities”. Costa 2025.
